Our Rest In Christ

Throughout the Old Testament, we see the promise of entering into God’s rest – of redeeming all that had been lost in the Garden. The Sabbath and the Promised Land both foreshadowed this rest, but were merely shadows of the true rest God would provide. "So then, there remains a Sabbath rest for the people of God, for whoever has entered God's rest has also rested from his works as God did from his." – Hebrews 4:9-10
